Save The Date: July 5 BBQ, May Board Meeting

Hello Neighbors,

We have set a date for our yearly Community Meeting and BBQ on July 5. More information will be sent out and posted as we near the meeting date. There was a board meeting on May 31st. 11-1.

Topics will include:

  • Review of finances and current dues
  • Agenda setting for the Community meeting/ BBQ
  • Volunteer Clean-up days recap
  • Open Board Director positions

Below are descriptions for Board Directors duties. Many, many residents have served on the Board over the years. Please consider serving! Terms are generally for 2 years with new directors and members being elected at the community meeting and staggered so there are always a combination of old and new members to provide continuity.

Requirements:
7 members with at least 2 full time resident members and at least 2 part-time residents.
