Dear SMMHOA Community Members, Neighbors, and Guests:

Our shared water resources are currently strained due to lower pump output from our wells. As we head into a warm holiday weekend, we’re asking everyone in our mountain community to be extra mindful of water use. Repair and replacement work is being arranged with Russian River Utility, and we hope to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. Until these fixes are completed, small changes from each of us will make a meaningful difference.
